The State of the Art Marine Environments and Resource Centre is open to the Public every Saturday afternoon right throughout the year 1.30-3.30pm.

On Saturdays you will enjoy a great presentation on a variety of subjects so dont be late. Be at the museum by 1.45pm at the latest.

Once you have listened and learnt a little more about Sharks or Biodiversity in general or Global Warming, Ocean Acidification,or specific knowledge on our local ecosystems you will want to have some time to wonder around the fascinating range of preserved specimens collected over 40 years from many parts of the world.

A small entry fee applies per person or per family

GROUPS from all walks of life can enjoy a special presentation designed just for you.

Aged care, University of the 3rd age, Rotary, Red Hat, Friendship groups .. what ever special reason brings you together
