We offer guided and assisted 2 to 4 day Marine Environments Educational Camps for Years 5 to 12.

Snorkelling training with:

  • Rocky shore and mangrove estuary field investigations and discovery
  • Marine Museum interactive sessions

Learn about:

  • Dangerous Marine Animals
  • Animals of the deep
  • Marvelous Molluscs
  • Strategies for survival
  • Sharks and Rays etc
  • Seahorses and much more from our museum of over 200 preserved marine specimens

Other features of our Camps include:

  • Microscope to big screen projection of live specimens and slide shows
  • Beach flotsam and jetsam discovery treks
  • Coastal rainforest treks
  • Sand and beach art activities
  • Environmental games
  • Surfing lessons with a professional instructor
  • Ski estuary expedition and Eco discoveries
  • Fishing lessons with professional instructors

Other activities requiring your own transport include guided walks at Mt Warning, Cape Byron Headland, Broken Head Nature reserve, etc.
